Personal: Nichole Jackson was born on December 14, 1990
in the state of Washington. She is the daughter of Ken and Judy Jackson. Nichole has
a younger brother named Kennan, who is big into basketball and football.
Life as a Raven: Nichole has been on the varsity the past 2 seasons. As a freshman, she was a back up point guard
to retired jersey #23, Julie Futch. At the same time, she was a key freshman in helping Riverside to it’s
first ever semi-finals of the state tournament. Nichole is a prolific passer, ohing and awhing people in
the stands. As a sophomore, she became a captain because of her ability to motivate her team before games.
Nichole is a gamer. In the state championship game, she stepped up and nailed four big time 3 pointers
and hit a pair of clutch free-throws down the stretch.
Future: Basketball runs through Nichole’s veins and it will continue pour this coming season. She
is eager to get the season underway and compete for another state title. She has several Division 1 schools
showing interest. With the way she continues to progress, she will have some great choices to choose from.
2007-2008 Outlook: Assists records will be shattered this year. She
is poised as ever and will dish out dimes everywhere. At the same time she has spent a lot of time getting
quicker and stronger and even more consistent with her three point shot. Look for Nichole to do more this
year as a captain and with the departure of Stephanie Wilber to ASU. You will definitely hear our verbal
leader before and during games!
